1. General

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Terms are subject to change.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.

  • DO NOT heavily reference my art, or you will be put on my public blacklist. I do understand getting inspired but if its blatantly heavily referenced/traced, do not share that artwork publicly and claim it as yours.

  • I can communicate through Discord and Twitter.

  • You may contact me at any time on the status of your commission or place in the queue.

  • I do not offer deadlines, but I may offer a rough estimate of commission completion upon request.

  • I am okay with working with NSFW / nude character references.

Will draw:

-Offensive things

2. Payments

  • For commissions, I only accept PayPal and Kofi.

  • Price is written in Euros.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.

  • After discussing the details, I will send you the sketch. If you are happy with it, I will proceed after getting the payment for it.

  • I accept payment plans for commissions over 150EUR.

3. Refunds

  • If I feel like I cannot comfortably complete your commission, for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund, even for illustration in process.

  • I do not offer refunds for any other completed illustrative commission work.

4. Permissions & Usage

  • I reserve the rights to my work, that does not involve character rights transfers.

  • Illustration commissions are for personal use only.

  • Illustrations for commercial use will be discussed as there will be a commercial fee added depending on the commission type, size, and and usage. Illustrations for commercial use MUST be declared upon commission acceptance and payment.

  • You may reupload your commission anywhere you would like, but please credit me where you can, including design work. A simple "commission by @Karma_Oat (on all social media) is perfect. If you reupload to Toyhouse, you can credit me using the on-site feature as "Karma_Oat".

  • If you are NOT the owner of the commission, you may NOT reupload it or use it for any reason (such as icons or banners) without explicit permission from the original commissioner.

  • I have the right to post completed commissions wherever I wish to and use them as examples for future commissions, UNLESS you ask me during the commission process to keep the commission private.
